Review: How This Kid Rapper, OTANG, "blow" Just After 246days Of Her Music Career!
If one weren't believing in the power of the social media, especially Facebook before 8months ago, that narrative changed immediately an eleven year old female kid rapper, OTANG a.k.a Da Voice, popularly known as the Game Changer, a talk show presenter, who took social media by storm while achieving a critical mass acclamation from her first public rap freestyle in a certain Dr. Dre's beats ft Snoop Dogg, "stil Dre" that went viral on social media.

After this unbelievable outing from such a young talented female kid rapper, which kept social media users across the entertainment industry within and without Cameroon in a total commotion, especially her heavy punchlines in that freestyle, the budding internet sensation has been invited to some of the most prominent radio and TV shows in the country.

Also, through her sudden gotten popularity, she has become an International Voice of Hope Good will brand ambassador and CCW Award winner in 2018, in the category of best female artist, through her songs and rap freestyles.

The video of her ever first single as an artist, was released on the 8th of September 2018,  entitled "Rush Us", together with her EP made up of 6 tracks, entitled "VICTIMS". 

As mentioned above, OTANG'S music career is just 8 months old(started in August), and her journey is already a beautiful story though in a country experiencing constant political unrest, especially in the two English speaking regions, her origins. This may actually be the reason she is gradually getting the attention of some credible platforms, both locally and internationally. 


As daring and courageous as she is, her rap genre of music, actually the "mboko" is predominantly explored by male artists, because it requires so much courage, confidence and attention. Ironically at her age, critics see her style and lyrics as phenomenal and unprecedented, reason she's vbeing refered to as the Game Changer.

It is worthy saying that, this  talented kid rapper, OTANG, represents the hope and aspirations of a better African society. She is an embodiment of the emancipation of the girl child, especially in this part of the world, were women are marginalized and relegated to the background. 


Through her exploration of her musical passion as a tool to inspire other teenagers and especially young girls, to brave the odds and use their God-given talents to impact the world for the better. OTANG's brain has become to vast that can incorporate so many things as she is currently being booked for many events around the country, but she still finds time to do her school work, including her second EP, alongside new videos to be released in coming weeks.
