Review: 237 Karaoke Night, Another Promising Event for Cameroon's Music Industry

The first edition of 237 Karaoke Night organized by Yaknow Muzik, which took place last night at Amphi 5000, Cite U - Yaounde is one of the best local shows I ever attended.

First, the show started early enough, by 9:30. The venue size and cozy style fitted the audience and event, The audience was well defined and artists well selected to suit the audience. The list of performing artists was well organized and had zero hitches in execution and each artist performed 2 songs, giving them an opportunity to connect with the audience deeper.

The artist's lineup succeeded in keeping the audience hooked and entertained for hours, with enticing performances from Black Home Music Crew Jayson Kymani, Dyllann, and every other performing act.

237Karoake Night, is definitely a good place for both upcoming and established artists, to keep the core of real Cameroonian Urban Culture alive.
